Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by MG Metal mfg corp.
 

1. Custom Machined Parts

All parts manufactured by MG Metal mfg corp. are custom-made unless otherwise specified.

- No refunds are offered on custom or made-to-order parts.
 

2. Manufacturing Errors

If a part does not conform to the agreed specifications due to a manufacturing error on our part:

• MG Metal mfg corp. will re-manufacture the part at no additional cost, or

• Provide another corrective solution at our discretion.

No cash refunds will be issued for custom parts.
 

3. Client-Supplied Materials

When machining is performed on materials supplied by the client:

• MG Metal mfg corp.’s liability is strictly limited to the value of the machining services invoiced.

• We are not responsible for the replacement value of client-supplied materials beyond the amount paid to us.

Example:
If the total value of client-supplied raw materials is $5,000 and the machining invoice is $2,000, our maximum liability is limited to what we have been paid (2000$).
 

4. Reporting Issues

Any issues or non-conformities must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Failure to report within this period constitutes acceptance of the work.
 

5. Exclusions

This policy does not cover:

• Design or drawing errors supplied by the client

• Improper material selection by the client

• Normal wear, misuse, or modification after delivery
