These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the services provided by MG Metal mfg corp. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing this website or requesting a quotation, you agree to these terms.

1. Services
MG Metal mfg corp. provides custom machining, manufacturing, and related industrial services primarily for business clients (B2B).
All services are provided based on client specifications, drawings, and information supplied by the client.

2. Quotations

  • All quotations are estimates unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices may change if specifications, quantities, materials, or timelines change.

  • Quotations are valid for a limited time as specified in the quote.

3. Client-Supplied Files and Materials

  • The client is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and suitability of all files, drawings, specifications, and materials provided.

  • MG Metal mfg corp. is not responsible for design errors, dimensional errors, or functional issues originating from client-supplied files or instructions.

  • If materials are supplied by the client, the risk related to material quality, internal defects, or suitability remains with the client.

4. Lead Times

  • Lead times provided are estimates only.

  • Delays may occur due to material availability, machine scheduling, supply chain disruptions, or other factors beyond our control.

  • MG Metal mfg corp. is not liable for delays or resulting damages.

5. Custom and Made-to-Order Work

  • Most work performed is custom or made-to-order.

  • Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled without written approval.

  • Custom parts are non-returnable and non-refundable, except as outlined in the Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • MG Metal mfg corp. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services invoiced.

  • Under no circumstances shall we be responsible for lost profits, downtime, or business interruption.

7. Warranty

MG Metal mfg corp. warrants that machining services will be performed in accordance with the agreed specifications.

This warranty is limited to:

  • Repair or re-manufacture of non-conforming parts, at our discretion.

  • No other warranties, express or implied, are provided.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Québec, Canada.
